Settle Lands Up to $100M Credit Facility From 3Jane for Inventory Financing
Settle secured a forward-flow financing deal with 3Jane, starting at $50M with expansion options, to fuel inventory lending for e-commerce brands.
Settle, a New York-based inventory financing provider serving consumer and e-commerce brands, has secured a forward-flow credit agreement with 3Jane, a structured credit platform, the company announced Oct. 30. The deal opens with $50 million in initial capacity and carries an option to expand to $100 million.
Forward-flow agreements allow lenders to systematically sell originated loans to a capital partner on an ongoing basis, providing a steady funding pipeline without repeated capital raises. For Settle, the structure is designed to support continued deployment of inventory financing products to brands that rely on short-term capital to stock merchandise ahead of sales cycles.

3Jane's participation signals growing institutional appetite for structured credit exposure to the e-commerce supply chain sector, a segment that has drawn increased attention as online retail financing needs have matured into a distinct asset class. The partnership gives Settle additional runway to scale its lending book without concentrating balance-sheet risk.
The announcement comes as inventory financing platforms face both opportunity and scrutiny — opportunity driven by persistent demand from digitally native brands squeezed by supplier payment terms, and scrutiny tied to broader tightening in private credit markets. Settle's ability to attract a structured credit partner at this scale suggests continued confidence in the underlying collateral quality of its loan portfolio.
