The additions reflect Sentral's continued push to scale a hybrid living model that blends traditional residential leasing with hospitality-style amenities and services. The company has positioned itself as a leader in the emerging residential-hospitality sector, which targets renters seeking hotel-like experiences within longer-term lease structures.
By entering Fort Lauderdale, Sentral gains a presence in one of South Florida's fastest-growing urban corridors, a region that has attracted significant multifamily investment in recent years.
